We have purchased and sold 3 properties, and the service we have received by you staff is 1st class.  A little over 3 months ago, we had several real estate agents come out and give me a free appraisal, from Whorlows we had Karen Singleton come to our home, instantly I was impressed, Karen was on time and extremely professional, she brought with her a bubbly personality and not to mention a positive vibe. However, Paul and I unfortunately decided to go with another real estate.

When we decided to sell our Sunbury house, I spent a considerable amount of time canvassing different real estate agents to find one that would meet our needs.  I made a point of asking each one a whole series of questions in relation to such things as: knowledge of the area, average turnover time, sales figures over the past few months, specifics about costs/advertising and consultation processes with vendors and potential buyers.
