In most cases rent is to be paid calendar monthly in advance as per the Residential Tenancies Agreement unless an alternative agreement has been met between both parties.
There are numerous ways for rental payments to be made as follows:
* By cash, cheque or money order to our office during business hours.
* Posting a cheque or money order.
* By direct debit which is organised by our office with tenants permission. Tenants can also arrange for their own direct debit through their own financial institution.
* Internet transfers
* Payments can be made at any commonwealth bank with a deposit book if requested. |
