Rental Bond

All bonds are lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority where they are securely held until the termination of the tenancy.  The bond is refunded promptly after tenants vacate, provided the property is left in as close as possible condition as when the tenancy commenced (allowing for fair wear and tear) and there are no other monies owing.
