It is each tenants' responsibility to have the appropriate account placed in their names and then to arrange to have a meter reading, prior to vacating the premises.  The following are the contact numbers for these authorities: Electricity:  AGL - 131 245 Gas:  TRU Energy - 133 466 or AGL - 131 000 Phone:  Telstra - 132 200

However, on all application there is a form from a company called On The Move.  Should you fill this form in we can forward it to them once you are approved, they will then contact you to confirm your connections.  This is a free service, however you will still have to pay for your normal connection fees etc.
