Agreement Preperation

Once the tenant has been approved for your property, we will arrange the signing of the Residential Tenancy Agreement and the lodgement of the bond to the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority where the bond will be held during the term of the tenancy.

All documentation is carefully checked for accuracy to ensure the owner's legal rights are protected.  When the tenant/s has signed the Tenancy Agreements we then forward them to you for your signature and return to our office.
