Final Inspection

Immediately after the tenant has vacated your property, we will conduct a thorough inspection to determine the refund of the tenant's Bond.  We will also contact you after the inspection has been carried out advising you of our findings.  Landlords are more than welcome to also inspect the property prior to the bond refund.
