Prompt Rent Collection

Paying rent is hassle free for our tenants. We provide our tenants with the folling means of paying rent:

*  Payment accepted by cash, cheque or money order at our office during business hours.

*  By posting a cheque or money order.

*  By direct debit which is organised by us monthly should the tenants permission be obtained and provide us with their bank account details.

*  By internet banking.

*  Provide upon request a commonwealth bank deposit book and therefore can be used at any commonwealth bank branch.

*  Payments accepted by centrepay should the tenant/s be recieveing centrelink payments.  Centrelink therefore pay the rent direct to us from the tenants centrelink income.
