Payment of Outgoings

From the rent collected on your behalf, we can arrange payments for all the standard property outgoings such as Hume City Council, Western Water rates, insurance payments, body corporate fees etc.  In respect the the water usage charge, we advise Western Water to bill the tenants direct for their usage.  Initially due to privacy, landlords will need to contact the above suppliers and change the billing address to our office for future payments.
