Accounting to you

We prepare statements for our landlords 3 times per week on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday to ensure you recieve your rental income just as quick as we did!  A detailed statement is sent to your detailing the rent period, the rent collected and any disbursements made on your behalf with invoices attached. Your rent monies will be electronically deposited into a nominated account which is cleared in your account 12am on the evening it was transferred and this is the quickest way of recieving your money.  Alternatively a statement can be sent with a cheque attached.
